Lucian did our Master Bathroom tile back in 2020 during the pandemic, and we loved his impeccable work! Sooooo when we decided to completely remodel our hall bathroom this year, we didn't hesitate to call him. He did all the demo work down to the studs, hauled off and disposed of everything and used air cleaners to ensure dust would be minimal. We had a lot of water damage to the subfloor which Lucien replaced at a very reasonable price, and we were grateful for that. See the before/after pictures if you want to see the caliber of Lucien's work. We absolutely are thrilled with the finished product. One more bathroom to go...look out Lucien! Another thrilled and satisfied REPEAT customer.

This was a major remodel and upgrade to a 37 year old kitchen. Contact with Rad kitchen and bath was easy and consistent. The initial bid was what I expected but from there I wanted to upgrade. The changes were made and things were as expected. From demolition to completion this was a two month process and I was apprised of everything happening and had contact with the owner on a regular basis. The quality timing and overall outcome was better than I initially expected, and the best part is my wife got everything she ever wants in this kitchen. Excellent quality of products, tradesmenship, and final outcome. I definitely would recommend and use this company again with full trust and confidence in the outcome

We were so pleased with our remodel experience with RAD Construction. They worked on a bathroom remodel for our neighbors, who were very pleased with their work, so we contacted them to help with our bathroom remodel, as well. I always think word-of-mouth recommendations are best in the case of construction. Lucian is dependable, straightforward, and fair in his pricing. They get in and get the job done when they say they will. The pricing was very reasonable in our opinion and Lucian walks you through every detail....things we didn't even think about like light-switch covers and exhaust fans. Sometimes, I think he cared more about the details of our remodel than I did! He has great connections to sub-contractors who were also dependable and did quality work. Yes, would absolutely, 100% use RAD Construction again, and we probably will.

Lucian from Rad Kitchen and Bath just finished a conversion from tub and shower to stand up shower, I was very impressed with their work, and their attitude, they said they would be at house a certain day and time and they were there, the job was completed in the time they said, also Lucian did a fantastic job and made sure we were satisfied before he left, I would recommend Rad Kitchen and Bath to anyone looking to upgrade your home

I have used many contractors over the years, and Lucian is easily the best. He remodeled our master bath recently, and it is awesome! Feels like a bathroom you would find in a penthouse suite in a 5 star hotel. Honest, punctual, and can do plumbing, electrical, demo, painting....a true one stop shop, which makes things extremely efficient. He shows up exactly on time, every time.
